The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr</ a>) serves as a place of recourse for consumers for out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online shopping and service contracts.

Refund:

The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made.

In case of payment by card, the refund is made through the Bank to your card.

Cancellation of order:

In case you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us about it. Your order can only be canceled if the shipping process has not been completed.
